Patient Participation Group
The group meets regularly to discuss issues relating to the practice. If you wish to take part please contact the Surgery.
Some areas the PPG are involved in:-
*Means the voice of the patient can be heard at the practice, making suggestion for improvement, commenting on car parking, new builds and decisions made about new appointments.
*Allows patients to be able to contribute to the question that are asked in the annual survey that helps to identify areas of improvement.
*Assists in identifying areas where patients do not understand what their responsibilities are, and clarifying what the role of the practice is.
*Allows the practice to understand what it is like to try to make an appointment at this practice.
